Welcome to Illuminated Solutions! As a minority-owned consulting company established in 2022, we specialize in community advocacy rooted in the Justice40 Initiative. Our mission focuses on bringing essential information regarding available funding and resources to underserved communities, ensuring that residents' quality of life is improved and sustained. Even in the absence of Justice40 Initiative starting this January 1st, 2026, we will continue being the bridge that connects communities with vital information.

Community Engagement
Community engagement is a critical component of the Justice40 Initiative. The government has directed federal agencies with Justice40 covered programs to conduct meaningful engagement to ensure community members have the opportunity to provide input on program decisions.
Community Agents
Our community agents are dedicated to sharing crucial information and resources to improve the lives of everyone around them. We believe that change starts at the grassroots level, which is why our agents visit all neighborhoods they can to reach as many disadvantaged people as possible, in hopes of presenting a solution to some of the issues they may be facing.
